• Account Information: When you register, we collect your email address and authentication credentials through our third-party authentication provider (Supabase).
• Payment Information: Payment details are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number on our servers.
• Usage Data: We collect information about how you use the Site, including pages visited, features used, search queries, and interaction patterns.
• Device Information: We may collect information about your device, including IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers.
• YouTube Data: When you use our analytics features, we process publicly available YouTube channel and video data through the YouTube API Services.

2. YouTube API Services

Our Services use YouTube API Services. By using our Services, you are also agreeing to be bound by the Google Privacy Policy. We access publicly available YouTube data to provide analytics and insights. We do not access your personal YouTube account data without explicit authorization.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve our Services
• Process transactions and manage your subscription

• Respond to your comments, questions, and support requests

• Service Providers: We share information with third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf, including Supabase (authentication), Stripe (payments), Cloudflare (hosting and CDN), and ElevenLabs (text-to-speech).

• Protection of Rights: We may disclose information to protect the rights, property, or safety of Algrow, our users, or others.
• Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. We may also retain and use your information to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When your data is no longer needed, we will delete or anonymize it.

7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track activity on our Site and hold certain information. Cookies are files with a small amount of data which may include an anonymous unique identifier. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. 10. Children's Privacy

Our Services are not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will take steps to delete that information.

11. International Data Transfers

Your information may be transferred to and maintained on servers located outside of your state, province, country, or other governmental jurisdiction where data protection laws may differ. By using our Services, you consent to such transfers.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Privacy Policy.

13. Connected AI Apps

You can connect your Algrow account to an AI assistant such as Claude or ChatGPT. This section covers what happens when you do.

• Signing in: You sign in to Algrow and approve the connection. We create an access key for that app and store it in hashed form. The app never sees your Algrow password.
• What we receive: We receive the requests the assistant sends to Algrow on your behalf, such as a search term, a channel link, or the text for a voiceover. We do not receive the rest of your conversation, your chat history, or your files.
• What we send back: We return the results of those requests, such as channel data, video data, and files you asked us to create. We may also return data from your Algrow workspace, such as your folders, alerts, and orders, when you ask for it.
• What we do not ask for: The app's tools never ask for your password, payment details, or precise location.
• How we use it: We use these requests to provide the service, to count usage against your plan, and to prevent abuse. We do not sell them or use them for advertising.
• Who else sees it: When a request needs outside help, we pass only the part that is needed to the service provider doing the work. Channel and video lookups go to the YouTube API Services. Image, video, voiceover and text requests go to the AI model providers that produce them. They may use it only to do that work for us.
• How long we keep it: We log each request with its result, the time, and your account, so we can run and support the service. We delete these logs after 90 days. Files you asked us to create stay in your account until you delete them or close your account.
• The assistant's provider: Your conversation with the assistant is handled by its provider under that provider's own privacy policy.
• Disconnecting: You can disconnect an app at any time under Connected apps in your Algrow settings. Its access key stops working.
• Your choices: To have your request logs deleted sooner, or to get a copy of them, email support@algrow.online.
